Divulgación de tarifas . La Superintendencia de Servicios Públicos impartirá las instrucciones pertinentes con el fin de que a partir de la vigencia del presente decreto todas las Empresas de Servicios Públicos divulguen a sus usuarios de manera clara y precisa las tarifas que por estrato se encuentran autorizadas a cobrar, así como los derechos que en materia de reclamación poseen.
