Art. 1.° Concédese una pension de sesenta pesos mensuales, que se pagarán del Tesoro nacional, a la viuda e hija del prócer de la Independencia Teniente-coronel Fernando Escobar, María Rosa Posada i María Teresa Escobar Posada.

Parágrafo

El pago de esta pension se hará en los mismos términos en que, respecto de los militares de la Independencia, lo dispone el decreto lejislativo de 19 de noviembre de 1867.
