De las condiciones del agua del mar o las mezcla de salmuera y hielo . El agua de mar o las mezclas de salmuera y hielo, empleadas para enfriar y conservar los productos de la pesca, serán limpias, no contaminadas y en volumen suficiente. En caso de precisarse equipo de refrigeración, éste y el de circulación de salmuera o agua deberá ser suficiente para garantizar una temperatura no mayor de 3º C.
