º. La Superintendencia de la Economía Solidaria asumirá las funciones consagradas en la Ley 454 de 1998 y demás normas que la desarrollan, una vez se organice incorporando mínimo el 70% de los funcionarios que conforman la planta de personal que por el presente decreto se adopta, en un término no superior a tres (3) meses, contados a partir de la fecha de entrada en vigencia del presente decreto.
