El ordenador que autorice gastos superiores al monto disponible de las apropiaciones o con cargo a obligaciones de crédito no perfeccionados o las utilice para fines diferentes, así como el Jefe de Presupuesto y el auditor fiscal que refrenden tales operaciones, incurrirán en las sanciones establecidas para el efecto en la legislación colombiana.
