La Nación, previo concepto de los funcionarios mencionados en el artículo 59 de este Decreto, podrá vender de nuevo sus acciones a particulares, previa reforma. de estatutos que restablecerá a estas instituciones y a sus accionistas el régimen y los derecho, aplicables a entidades privadas similares. Tal venta se realizará en las condiciones que, señalen el Ministro de Hacienda y Crédito Público, el Superintendente Bancario y el Presidente de la Comisión nacional de Valores.
