º Los miembros del Consejo Nacional Electoral devengarán ciento cincuenta mil pesos ($150.000), por concepto de honorarios en cada sesión. En ningún caso la cantidad mensual será inferior a los tres millones de pesos ($ 3.000.000). La cuantía de sus viáticos, cuando cumplan comisiones de servicios, será igual a la señalada para el Registrador Nacional del Estado Civil.
