Solución de continuidad para efectos de vacaciones . Para el reconocimiento y pago de vacaciones se computará el tiempo de servicio en otras entidades pertenecientes a la Rama Judicial, siempre y cuando no se encuentren causadas y no exista solución de continuidad. Las vacaciones causadas se reconocerán por la entidad donde se haya prestado el servicio.
