Los propietarios de predios que de conformidad con el artículo 4º del Decreto 2655 de 1988, hubieren inscrito en el Registro Minero Nacional las canteras ubicadas en dichos predios, como descubiertas y explotadas antes de la vigencia de tal decreto, conservarán su derecho, en las condiciones y términos señalados en el presente Código.
