Decreto 1692 de 1992 · por el cual se reglamenta la Ley 89 de 1938, sobre Aeronáutica Civil, en lo relativo al sobrevuelo y/o el sobrevuelo y aterrizaje de aeronaves de Estado.

La Jefatura de Operaciones Aéreas solicitará a otros gobiernos la correspondiente autorización de sobrevuelo y/o de sobrevuelo y aterrizaje para las aeronaves de Estado colombianas, a través de la Subdirección de Soberanía Territorial y simultáneamente lo hará a las misiones diplomáticas colombianas acreditadas ante los gobiernos respectivos.

Parágrafo

La autorización o negativa por parte del Gobierno extranjero, será comunicada simultáneamente por las misiones diplomáticas colombianas a la Jefatura de Operaciones Aéreas y a la Subdirección de Soberanía Territorial.
