Con sujeción a lo dispuesto en el artículo 26 del Decreto-ley 353 de 1994, a los afiliados y vinculados por contrato de prestación de servicios que hayan cumplido catorce (14) o más años de afiliación a 31 de diciembre de 1994 se les aplicará lo dispuesto en el Acuerdo 09 de 1994 (marzo 28), proferido por la Junta Directiva de la Caja Promotora de Vivienda Militar.
