Toda compra, venta, traspaso, donación o cualquier cesión del derecho de propiedad, sobre el ejemplar canino clasificado como potencialmente peligroso, se anotará en el registro del censo de caninos potencialmente peligrosos, y en caso de cambio de distrito, municipio o localidad del ejemplar se inscribirá nuevamente donde se ubique la nueva estancia, con la copia del registro anterior.
