MONITOREO, SEGUIMIENTO Y CONTROL . La administración y ejecución de los recursos de la Aesgpri por parte de los territorios indígenas ubicados en áreas no municipalizadas estarán sujetos a la aplicación de la estrategia de monitoreo, seguimiento y control integral del gasto que se realice con los recursos del Sistema General de Participaciones, prevista en el decreto número 028 de 2008 o la norma que lo modifique o sustituya.
