Artículo 45. Prohibiciones

Adiciónase un literal al artículo 45 de la Ley 65 de 1993 el cual quedará así:
Artículo 45. Prohibiciones . Los miembros del Cuerpo de Custodia y vigilancia, tienen las siguientes prohibiciones:

Permitir, facilitar o autorizar, sin que haya lugar a ello, a los internos el uso del teléfono celular o cualquier otro medio de comunicación. El incumplimiento de lo dispuesto en este literal constituye falta gravísima.
