Para ingresar a un sindicato el aspirante deberá elevar la solicitud a la junta directiva, la cual decidirá por mayoría de votos e informará a la próxima asamblea general sobre la determinación que haya adoptado. En el caso de que la junta directiva deniegue la afiliación, negativa que deberá ser motivada, la asamblea general decidirá en última instancia y por mayoría de votos.
