Artículo decimoquinto. Las Juntas de Fomento tendrán un Presidente, un Vicepresidente y un Secretario elegidos por la misma corporación; se reunirán ordinariamente una vez al mes, por lo menos, y además cuando las convoquen los respectivos Corregidores para conocer de asuntos urgentes.
