La acción civil, dentro del proceso penal, se adelantará en cuaderno separado en el que se allegarán todas las pruebas y actuaciones relacionadas con la pretensión patrimonial, y se regulará por las normas aquí señaladas y las de los Códigos Civil y de Procedimiento Civil, en cuanto no se opongan a la naturaleza del proceso penal.

NOTA: Para los delitos cometidos con posterioridad al 1 de enero de 2005 rige la Ley 906 de 2004, con sujecion al proceso de implementacion establecido en su artículo 530.
