Art. 19. La oficina jeneral de cuentas, trayendo a la vista las cuentas de las aduanas, desglosará los vales de 5.ª clase que se encuentren en ellas amortizados, i dejando la debida constancia del objeto i motivo por que se estraen, los enviará con una relacion a la direccion del crédito nacional, para que proceda respecto de ellos como se dispone en el artículo 15.
