Artículo decimosexto. Revocación de la adjudicación. El Instituto Colombiano de la Reforma Agraria podrá verificar, con citación del adjudicatario, dentro de los dos (2) años siguientes a la publicación de la resolución de adjudicación en el Diario Oficial o a su notificación, cuando .no requiera ser publicada, la exactitud de los documentos, diligencia de inspección ocular y, en general, de las pruebas que hayan servido de base a la adjudicación. Si hallare inexactitud o falsedad en tales documentos o diligencias, revocará la adjudicación y ordenará la cancelación de su registro en la oficina correspondiente.
