La constitución y funcionamiento de un banco puente tiene como objetivo recibir los activos y pasivos de uno o más establecimientos de crédito en liquidación, con el fin de administrarlos y venderlos en el menor tiempo posible, propendiendo por mantener el valor de sus activos.
