Artículo décimo. La construcción de las Casas del Campesino se hará en aquellos Municipios que determine la Junta Directiva del Instituto de Crédito Territorial, dentro de un adecuado programa de distribución en las distintas zonas del país, que recomiende la Junta Central Nacional creada por el presente Decreto.
