°. Plazo . El inventario de que trata el artículo anterior, deberá iniciarse dentro de los seis (6) meses, siguientes a la publicación del acto administrativo mediante el cual el Ministerio de Ambiente, Vivienda y Desarrollo Territorial establezca el protocolo de que trata el artículo 3° del presente decreto.

Parágrafo

El Ideam tendrá un término de tres (3) meses, contados a partir de la publicación de este decreto para suministrar el soporte técnico con base en el cual el Ministerio de Ambiente, Vivienda y Desarrollo Territorial expedirá el acto administrativo a que se refiere el presente artículo.
