Cuando un profesional de aquellos a quienes se refieren los artículos anteriores haya muerto después de cumplir los diez años de ejercicio profesional y haya llenado los demás requisitos exigidos en esta Ley para otorgar las garantías y recompensas creadas por ella, su viuda, sus hijos o los representantes legales de éstos tienen derecho a solicitarlas.
