Aclárase el Decreto 1917 del 5 de agosto de 1994, por el cual se reglamenta parcialmente el Decreto-ley 1298 de 1994, en cuanto a los requisitos y condiciones técnico sanitarias para el funcionamiento, acreditación y licenciamiento de los laboratorios clínicos y de Salud Pública y se dictan otras disposiciones sobre la materia, en el sentido que este acto administrativo reglamenta la Ley 9º de 1979.
