º REQUISITOS. Las instituciones a que se refiere el artículo anterior deberán inscribirse en el registro de instituciones financieras vinculadas al Fondo, que para tal efecto establezca la Junta Directiva del Fondo, señalando el plazo, las condiciones, los derechos de inscripción y demás requisitos que deba cumplirse para ello. La inscripción en el Fondo será requisito indispensable para acceder a la financiación del Fondo. CAPITULO IV. OPERACIONES AUTORIZADAS DEL FONDO
