ARTICULO 67. Constituidas las reservas de caja o cuentas por pagar de la vigencia fiscal de 1993, los dineros sobrantes recibidos de la Nación por todos los órganos serán reintegrados, sin excepción, a la Dirección del Tesoro Nacional a más tardar el 1o. de marzo de 1994. El reintegro será refrendado por el ordenador del gasto y el funcionario de manejo respectivo.
