Ley 8 de 1952 · Por la cual se declara libre la importación de capitales extranjeros y se dictan otras disposiciones sobre el particular

Con sujeción a lo dispuesto en el artículo 4º de este estatuto, quienes importen capital en maquinaria y equipo dentro de las exigencias de la presente Ley podrán:

Reexportarlos en cualquier momento;

Remesar al Exterior el valor de los mismos si fueren enajenados, previa justificación del precio de venta ante la Oficina de Registro de Cambios, hasta la suma que se registró originalmente como el valor de capital importado:

Girar al Exterior las utilidades netas correspondientes al capital importado, y

Podrán registrar como capital importado las utilidades no distribuídas.
