PRESIDENCIA DE LAS AUDIENCIAS. Las audiencias serán presididas por el Superintendente de Sociedades, quien podrá delegar tal función. Además de las atribuciones de la presente ley, el Superintendente o su delegado, tendrán el carácter de conciliadores y podrán proponer las fórmulas que estimen justas, sin que ello implique prejuzgamiento.
