Las personas de que trata el artículo 77 de este Decreto deberán poner en conocimiento de las autoridades competentes cualquier deficiencia que observen en el diligenciamiento y utilización del formulario oficial del Juego de Apuestas Permanentes, así como la no sujeción a las1 Apuestas o al Plan de Premios señalados en este Decreto. Igualmente, notificarán el hallazgo de venta ilegal del Juego de Apuestas Permanentes o de utilización ilegal de formularios, contratos o licencias de funcionamiento.
