Los procesos disciplinarios que al entrar en vigencia la presente ley, se encuentren con pliego de cargos o auto de citación a audiencia debidamente notificados continuarán su trámite hasta el fallo definitivo con el funcionario con atribuciones para el juzgamiento, de conformidad con los preceptos de las leyes 734 del 05 de febrero de 2002, 1015 del 07 de febrero de 2006 y demás normas que las modifiquen o adicionen.
