ARTICULO 2.3.1.24.- BONDAD DEL BONO Y SOLVENCIA DEL EMISOR. En el título de los bonos y en el aviso de oferta deberá incluirse la advertencia a que hace referencia el artículo 2.3.1.16 del presente Estatuto. Igual advertencia deberá hacerse en la publicidad relativa a la emisión en los términos que establezca la Superintendencia de Valores o, cuando sea del caso, la Superintendencia Bancaria.
