° A partir del 16 de enero del presente año, los Fondos para el Transporte de las ciudades de Bogotá, D.E., Cali, Barranquilla, entrarán en liquidación, y esta se hará por los liquidadores nombrados por el Gobierno Nacional y con la intervención de los respectivos auditores de la Contraloría General de la República.
