Artículo decimotercero. Para el cumplimiento de lo dispuesto por el Decreto legislativo número 1087 de 1955, las asignaciones de los Jefe de Presupuesto, Control y Contabilidad de las distintas dependencias del Gobierno, Jefe Delegados y personal que nombra la Dirección del Presupuesto, serán atendidas con cargo a las operaciones correspondientes liquidadas para sostenimiento de dicha Dirección.
