La nación cede en propiedad al Municipio de Sevilla, Valle del Cauca, el lote y su edificación que hasta ahora ocupan en esa ciudad las oficinas de la Empresa de Telecomunicaciones, por la ubicación, linderos y demás especificaciones a que se refiere la escritura pública número 453, de 20 de noviembre de 1951, otorgada ante el Notario 2°. de Sevilla.
