Las actuaciones y diligencias en los juicios de prensa y en los especiales de calumnia e injuria, irán en papel común, y en ningún caso requieren estampillas; pero en las costas se computará, a costa del acusado o del denunciante, según el caso, el valor del papel común empleado como si fuera sellado, y ese valor ingresará al Tesoro Nacional, debiendo consignarse en la Oficina de Recaudación respectiva.
