° Criterios de clasificación . El Director asignará a cada uno de los funcionarios a que hace referencia este capítulo, el grado que considere adecuado teniendo en cuenta su preparación técnica y su eficacia en el trabajo, previo concepto del Comité de Clasificación correspondiente. En ningún caso este grado será inferior a los mínimos indicados en el artículo siguiente.
