Sesiones. La Junta Directiva se reunirá ordinariamente por lo menos una vez al mes y extraordinariamente cuando sea convocada por el Presidente, el representante legal de la empresa, o por tres (3) de sus miembros que actúen como principales. La Convocatoria deberá hacerse por escrito con una antelación mínima de dos (2) días y en la comunicación se insertará ti orden del día.
