º El Presidente de la República hará la designación de principal y suplente del representante de los jubilados con base en las listas de las personas que tengan el carácter de tales, según el artículo 2º del presente Decreto y que para dicho fin deberán serle enviadas, por conducto del Ministerio de Trabajo y Seguridad Social, por los Directores Administrativos del Senado y de la Cámara, con indicación de la filiación política.
