La sanción disciplinaria deberá imponerse así: La amonestación y la censura en un (1) mes; la multa, la suspensión y la destitución en el término de tres (3) meses. El funcionario que siendo responsable de hacer efectiva la sanción y no la hiciere en los términos de este artículo, incurrirá en falta grave.
