El Departamento de Boyacá podrá concurrir hasta con un veinticuatro por ciento (24%), del capital que se ha de invertir, con miras a obtener la utilidad proporcional correspondiente a la inversión que haga y queda con el derecho a continuar la construcción y explotación de los balnearios que tiene establecidos como de propiedad departamental.
