Los Administradores de Aduanas y las autoridades sanitarias, decomisarán los medicamentos, alimentos y cosméticos que no hayan llenado las condiciones establecidas en el presente Decreto. Los infractores serán castigados con multas de cincuenta ($ 50) a quinientos ($500) pesos moneda corriente.
