º . Plan adicional en salud. El Fondo de Previsión Social del Congreso de la República, previos los estudios económicos, establecerá beneficios adicionales a los consagrados en el Plan Obligatorio de Salud, los cuales tienen por finalidad ofrecer al afiliado que así lo disponga, condiciones alternativas de comodidad, tecnología y hotelería, los cuales se cubrirán con la cotización adicional.

Parágrafo

El Plan Adicional de Salud junto con su nota técnica, deberá, de acuerdo con la Ley 100 de 1993, someterse a la aprobación de la Superintendencia Nacional de Salud.
