Prestamos. En caso de que los dineros destinados por la Policía para respaldar los contratos interadministrativos no pueden ser ubicados en forma oportuna, el Fondo Rotativo de la Policía excepcionalmente con sus recursos disponibles podrá efectuar préstamos para atender dichas obligaciones. Estos préstamos quedara respaldados con la apropiación presupuestal de los respectivos contratos interadministrativos y serán cancelados una vez se produzca el ingreso correspondiente. CAPITULO V.
