Artículo segundo. El artículo 2º del Decreto-ley número 0157 de 1957, quedará así: "El Banco Ganadero deberá mantener una suma no inferior al 50% de su capital y reserva legal y al 3% de sus depósitos, en descuentos a Fondos Ganaderos".
