Para Las Personas A Que Se Refieren Los Decretos Legislativos 390 De 1957, 065 Y 084 De 1958, Que Hubieren Regresado Al País Con Anterioridad A La Fecha De Expedición Del Presente Decreto, Concédase Un Término Improrrogable De Treinta Días A Partir De Su Vigencia Para Presentar La Respectiva Solicitud Ante La Superintendencia Nacional De Importaciones

º. Para las personas a que se refieren los Decretos legislativos 390 de 1957, 065 y 084 de 1958, que hubieren regresado al país con anterioridad a la fecha de expedición del presente Decreto, concédase un término improrrogable de treinta días a partir de su vigencia para presentar la respectiva solicitud ante la Superintendencia nacional de Importaciones.

Parágrafo

Para las personas que se hallen comprendidas en las circunstancias anotadas en el presente artículo, vencido el plazo de presentación sin que lo haya realizado, se considerará extinguido el derecho de importación del vehículo que hubieren tenido a su servicio en la misión.
