Incompatibilidad con otros beneficios. La bonificación por servicios prestados que se establece en el presente decreto es incompatible con cualquier otra bonificación, retribución o elemento o factor salarial que perciban los empleados de la Rama Ejecutiva del nivel territorial por el mismo o similar concepto o que remuneren lo mismo, independientemente de su denominación, origen o su fuente de financiación.
