Ley 180 de 1959 · Por el cual se ordena dotar de quipos, elementos e implementos al Hospital General, de Ibagué, se auxilia al Colegio Departamental "Santa Teresa de Jesus", y al Colegio Municipal de Bachillerato del Fresno

Una vez sancionada esta Ley, el Gobierno procederá a desocupar el edificio del Hospital General del Ibagué, trasladando los Cuarteles o dependencias del Ministerio de Guerra que allí vienen funcionando, a los Cuarteles de "La Esmeralda".

Parágrafo

El Gobierno queda facultado para reacondicionar, adicionar o construir en el lote de terreno de los Cuarteles a que se refiere este artículo, los locales y edificaciones que fueren necesarios para alojamiento y funcionamiento de las dependencias que ocupan en la actualidad el Hospital General.
