Ámbito de aplicación. La presente sección aplica, entre otras, a entidades públicas y privadas, a los agentes del Mercado de Energía Mayorista y a los agentes económicos que hacen parte activa de la prestación del servicio en Zonas No Interconectadas (ZNI) que tengan interés en participar en el objeto señalado en el artículo 2.2.3.8.11.1.
