El acta de matrimonio debe expresar: 1°. El lugar, día y hora de la ceremonia nupcial. 2°. El nombre, apellido, edad, estado civil anterior profesión u oficio, nacionalidad y vecindad de los contrayentes. 3°. Los nombres y apellidas de los testigos. 4°. Los nombres de los hijos que queden legitimados en virtud del matrimonio; y 5°. El nombre del ministro o funcionario ante quien se celebró. Terminara el acta con las firmas de todas las personas que en ella intervinieron.
