Los exámenes de admisión o de concurso para ingresar a la Universidad, deberán realizarse en todo el país durante el mes anterior a la iniciación reglamentaria de tareas; serán supervigilados directamente por el Ministerio de Educación y los cuestionarios respectivos deberán elaborarse por las Universidades y ser enviados previamente al mismo Ministerio para su aprobación.
